Rise Up is an intentional tea that finds great purpose in having you rise up to what you know you need to do, but for whatever you're dragging your feet. It could be fear or a lack of motivation - the commonality in the reasons why we find ourselves not doing what we need to do is being ungrounded and not in alignment with our purpose.
